What this register does NOT measure We do not measure surgical outcomes, a surgeon's talent, the survival of a result, complications or "who it suits best". That is not something we can verify reproducibly, and it belongs to medicine, not to a directory. We deliberately weigh what a patient can re-check themselves: the CMCPER certification and cédula, the responsible entity, the surgeon's identity, advertising honesty and post-operative follow-up.
